The exact scope of work for each project will be defined in writing, usually via proposal, quote, or statement of work.

Any pricing provided is based on the information you supply at the time of the quote. If project requirements change, pricing may be adjusted. All changes will be communicated before production continues. Taxes and additional fees may apply depending on jurisdiction and payment method.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use any footage, music, logos, images, or other material you provide. We may assist with licensing design, stock, or music if needed, but final legal responsibility remains with the client.
